As is the case everywhere else here, the creative takes precedence over the mundane, and the surprising or unique over the predictable.

Before me and to the right. Tools of the trade. Exceptional coffee (from Cafés Cuendet, Lausanne) in the white cup, herbal tea mix in the big art cup, Lucia di Lammermoor opera by Donizetti. And I returned to the faithful old Mac mouse recently, when the Logitech gave up. Not crazy about the rubber scroll-button, but at least it works.
While moving, the cool autumn temperatures, especially cutting through the forest near the Rossens water dam, seeped into every stitch on my leather gloves. But it sure was worth it.
